Corn harvester mainly consists of a picking platform, a chopper, an elevator, a peeling device, a cab, an electrical system, a walking chassis, an engine, a fruit box, a hydraulic system, etc. This machine is mainly used for corn ear picking, peeling, packing, and field transportation. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, small turning radius, easy operation, durability, safety, easy maintenance, and good driver visibility, which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of the machine and improve labor productivity.
During the walking operation of the corn harvester, the corn stalks are guided into the ear picking guide groove by the pulling chain and the pulling device. After being pulled into the ear picking roller by the pulling chain, the stalks are grasped by the relatively rotating ear picking rod, and the ears are pulled down by the squeezing effect of the ear picking roller. The picked fruit ears are transported to the peeling machine by the elevator, and after peeling, they fall into the ear box. The fully loaded ear box is controlled by a hydraulic device to flip over at a certain angle, and the ears are directly unloaded into the transport vehicle.

7.The chassis adopts 16mn high-strength steel, and the reinforcing plate is lengthened, which greatly improves the service life of the whole machine;
8.The intermediate shaft adopts 42CrMo solid shaft and is thickened, the bearing is upgraded from 209 to 210, the strength is increased by 25%, and the reliability of the whole machine is improved;
9.Peel maintenance-free bearings are used in the intermediate shaft, drum shaft, fan, active and passive shafts of the bridge and other parts to reduce the maintenance time of users.
