Oil Refine Operation Steps

Dehydration and deacidification process:
This process uses NaOH to remove free fatty acids from fats and oils, producing soap feet; Wash with hot water to remove soap feet and colloidal impurities from the oil.
Decolorization and deodorization process:
First decolorize,filter the decolorized oil,and then deodorize.
This process is carried out under vacuum conditions.
The steam generator provides high-temperature steam for the deodorization process.
Water jet vacuum pump:
Provide vacuum for decolorization and deodorization.
Automatic control system:automatic valves,instruments,sensors,PLC control components,etc.
