Pomegranate peeler Description
The pomegranate crushing separator is mainly used for pomegranate pre-treatment of pomegranate wine and pomegranate beverages.The main function of this machine is to cut,squeeze,and separate the selected and cleaned fresh pomegranate skin,and transport the pomegranate seeds to the press for the next production process.
The pomegranate is roughly crushed by the feeding hopper through a crushing device,causing the pomegranate skin to crack 2-4 petals.The crushed pomegranate is pushed by a screw to the dispersing device,which is a spiral shape formed by two fruit beating rods to disperse the pomegranate. The scattered pomegranate seeds fall into the feeder through the mesh hole of the rotary screen,and are transported by the screw on the rotary screen to the fruit outlet and fall out of the body;The pomegranate peel is pushed into the slag outlet at the tail of the equipment through a spiral shape formed by a dispersing device.

Pomegranate peeler Structure
1.Feeding device:The feeding device is located at the front end of the de stemming device, and its main component is the conveying screw,which has the same power as the de stemming device.Stem removal device: composed of stem removal shaft,stem removal rotary screen, and transmission system.There are spiral shaped distribution of stem removal blades installed on the stem removal shaft.The rotary sieve for removing stems is formed by punching stainless steel plates,and its function is to separate the fruit and stems,and discharge the stems and branches from the machine.The stem removal device transmission system is located at the front end of the frame and is driven by a reducer through a sprocket chain.
2.The crushing device is located at the lower part of the rotary screen for removing stems and is composed of two sets of crushing rollers.The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted between 4-15mm,and the crushing device is connected to the frame by hinges.The quick opening handle is locked,and the locking nut is loosened to open and clean.
3.Rack:The rack is a supporting component that connects various parts of the equipment,all made of good 304 stainless steel.
