Beans Peeler Working Principle
Bean,soya beans,corn,cowpeas,black bean,wheat,rice paddy comes into pusher via hopper.Under pushing effect of pusher,they are sent to peeling room. Inside peeling room, material gets rotated on emery rollers. During rotation,emery roller removes skin.Peeled kernel comes out of machine under pusher effect.Bran comes out of machine via wind web dust control system.
1.Process way:Whole process is dry way peeling,no need water.(moisture<15%),beans the drier,the better.Once molding.No need to repeat.
