1.Chassis design:Beans generally grow in dry land, and some chickpeas also grow on slopes. This legume harvester is specially developed for the geographical environment of beans in dry land and slopes, with a low ground clearance of only 220mm; The wider track distance reaches 1450mm. The advantage is that the center of gravity of the whole machine is low, driving is safe, and it is not easy to roll over. According to statistics, under the same conditions, for every 20mm decrease in the center of gravity of the harvester, the incidence of rollover accidents decreases by 6%. Safety is the primary consideration in harvester design.
2.Work efficiency:The 2400mm wide cutting platform increases the harvesting efficiency of the whole machine, reaching 0.6-0.8 hectares/hour. It is matched with a 2200mm long extended threshing drum and vibrating screen to meet the threshing and cleaning processing capacity under high-speed harvesting conditions. The widened cutting platform, solid chassis, and extended threshing system result in a total weight of 4.1 tons.
3.Bean harvest indicators:In order to reduce the impurity rate, damage rate, soil contamination, fruit staining and other issues of beans, a large-diameter steel bar concave plate sieve and a dedicated bean threshing drum are used to reduce the damage rate during the bean threshing process; The use of pneumatic grain transportation has replaced the spiral agitator transportation method on rice wheat combine harvesters, reducing the damage rate and staining situation during fruit transportation. The beans have good appearance and high selling price. Beans used as commodities are three times more expensive than beans used as feed. The secondary threshing of short straw adopts an innovative top threshing drum for secondary threshing, instead of the rice thresher used in rice machines. Reduced the damage rate of secondary threshing. Both the cutting table and the bottom of the conveying tank are equipped with holes for dust leakage, reducing the contamination of bean soil. The grain warehouse adopts a dumping unloading method to reduce the damage rate during the unloading process.
4.Machines are versatile:This bean harvester can harvest most beans except for chickpeas, such as mung beans, red beans, peas, and soybeans. In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the harvester throughout the year, rice and wheat can still be harvested after replacing some parts.
