Packing flow:
1.The mask will fall into the pillow packing machine from customer' masking making machine for bagging.
2. After discharging from the pillow packing machine, the masks are collected to the box content through the blanking buffer device and directly falls into the tank chain slot of the carton packing machine. (feeder and counter)
3.The masks moves forward with the chain plate. When the photoelectric detects the incoming masks, the suction cup sucks a carton.
4.When masks and carton are in the same straight line, the push rod works to push the product into the carton.
5.The carton packing machine completes carton tongue insertion, sealing and finished product output in turn.
