(1) When operating the hay cutter, safety protection equipment must be complete.
(2) Operators should fully understand the performance of the machine, and it is strictly prohibited to start operation under the influence of alcohol, illness, or excessive fatigue. During operation, people and objects are not allowed to approach the operating parts. (3) Teenagers under the age of 16 and those who have not mastered the rules for using machines are not allowed to work alone.
(4) The working area of the hay cutter should be spacious and equipped with fire prevention equipment.
(5) When feeding grass, the operator should stand on the side of the feeding hopper and strictly prohibit both hands from reaching into the cover of the feeding hopper. At the same time, it is necessary to strictly prevent wooden sticks, metal objects, bricks and stones from entering the machine by mistake to avoid damaging the machine and injuring people.
(6) It is strictly prohibited to reverse the cutterhead.
(7) The hay cutter must operate at the specified speed, and speeding or overloading operations are strictly prohibited.
(8) When replacing fasteners for moving and stationary blades, grade 8.8 bolts and grade 8 nuts must be used, and lower grade bolts and nuts must not be used as substitutes.
(9) If any abnormal noise is found during work, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Power must be cut off before inspection, and troubleshooting is prohibited while the machine is running.
(10) The feeding amount of materials should be appropriate, as excessive feeding can cause overloading and stoppage. Of course, too little can also affect the cutting efficiency.
(11) Before stopping work, turn the position lever to 0 and let the machine idle for about 2 minutes. Wait for the dust and weeds inside the machine to be blown clean before stopping.
