Corn Harvester Description
The corn and silage harvester mainly consists of a picking device, a conveying device, a straw recycling device, a material storage device, a hydraulic elevator, etc. During operation, the corn harvester advances along the direction of the corn ridge, and at the same time as picking the ears, the cutting knife cuts off the corn straw for crushing and collecting it in the feed bin. The corn enters the corn bin through the conveying device, completing the entire harvesting process.
This machine adopts a reinforced chain plucking device, thickened half shaft picking roller, and vertical lifting with clutch device, making operation easier.
The moving blade adopts a double-sided blade design, reducing the number of times users need to replace and polish the blade and improving work efficiency.
The width of the plucking device is adjustable, and the spacing between harvesting rows is greatly increased.
