Pot With Mixer Description
The planetary stirring pot is a new type of mixing and stirring equipment without dead points for frying pans.It has a novel planetary stirring form.There are two or three multi-layer paddle mixers and one to two automatic scrapers inside the kettle.The mixers rotate around the axis of the pot while also rotating around their own axis at different speeds,causing complex movements of the material inside the kettle and subjected to strong shear and rubbing.
In addition,the scraping knife inside the equipment rotates around the axis of the kettle body to scrape off the materials stuck on the wall and participate in mixing,making its effect more ideal.
Application of Pot With Mixer
The interlayer of the kettle adopts a special sealing structure,which can be heated and cooled according to user needs.The discharge method is pressure type,the equipment cylinder cover can be hydraulically lifted,and the cylinder body can move freely,making operation very convenient. Moreover,the mixing blade and scraper can completely detach from the cylinder body as the crossbeam rises,making it easy to clean.
